Training and Support

From the day you join HMS you are given training and support to ensure that you can give the quality of care that our customers’ expect. We constantly provide ongoing training and support. We also actively encourage our care team members to improve their qualifications through our partnerships with local training specialists.

What it takes to join HMS Care

Fundamentally to be a HMS care team member you need to genuinely CARE. We expect our care team to have great written and verbal communication skills to ensure all client records are always kept up to date.

Previous care experience is not always necessary as some of our best carer assistants have worked in completely different careers.
Access to your own transport and a flexible approach to work are always very advantageous.
