Working for HMS Care as a Registered Manager means you will be part of one of the North East’s leading providers of home care.
The quality of care provided at each HMS location is ultimately the responsibility of the Registered Manager. The Registered Manager leads the care team in all aspects of compliance, training, coordination and day to day running of the care function.
As the Registered Manager you are responsible for ensuring that the standard of care for all of your customers is outstanding.
This role requires a well organised, strategic approach to ensure that the whole branch runs very smoothly. The role sometimes requires hands on approach when necessary. You will have a close working relationship with the business directors and senior management staff. You will be tasked to grow the business as well as continuously improving the service provided.
You will need use your initiative and apply creative problem solving skills to manage the day to day service. A calm manner and the ability to think clearly whilst under pressure are essential for this role.
You will also need to apply the principles of good care management and use your exceptional organisational skills together with a high level of accuracy to ensure the efficient running of the branch. You are expected to:-
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the staff team
- Offer compassion and support to customers
- Develop strong relationships with customers and the care team.
As a branch ambassador for HMS Care, you will provide leadership to ensure a strong supportive team is championing the rights of your customers.
